Scribe sheets for NADAC Trials

The downloaded file will extract into the following:

NADACScribe.doc contains blank scribe sheets for use in NADAC trials.  They can be used with computer-generated labels (1" x 2 5/8" or 1" x 4") or hand-written.  Each 8.5 x 11 sheet contains 4 identical scribe sheets.  Includes Jumpers, Gamblers and Regular.  In Word 97 DOC format.

The file you download will be a self-extracting ZIP file.  It will extract into 2 or more files.

To use the files follow these steps.

  1. Click on the link to download the file
  2. When asked whether to run the program or save to disk, choose "Save to Disk"
  3. Choose a location where the file will be saved (e.g., "C:\My Documents")
  4. After downloading, run the executable.  It will launch the PKUNZIP program which will ask you where the extracted files should be saved.  You can use the default folder or choose a different folder.
  5. After extracting the files you may delete the executable.
  6. Use Word 97 (or above) to open the DOC file, or your favorite HTML editor to use the HTM files.
  7. You may alter the documents or cut and paste portions for your own use.  We would appreciate a small credit to Mega-Dogs.
